About our plans
Every effort is made to ensure that our plan sets are complete and comprehensive as possible. All sets will include the following:

• 1/4-inch scale floor plans
• 1/4-inch foundation plan
• 1/4-inch Floor framing plans
• 1/4-inch roof framing plan
• 1/4-inch cross sections
• Large scale construction details
• 1/4-inch exterior elevations and exterior finish details

Many of our plans also include interior elevations, 1/2-inch scale drawings of bathrooms and kitchens, staircase details, and built-ins. To learn more about the unique features and qualities of a BC Mountain Home, please click here.

Modifying our plans
Our goal is to ensure that your home does indeed "Fit You Beautifully". If you've found a plan you like but for some reason - you'd like it bigger, smaller, a different orientation for your lot, more bedrooms and so forth - it doesn't quite fit, let us know!
